CMA FAK rates from Asia to Northern Europe
CMA updates FAK rates from Asia to Northern Europe. From May 1, 2024 (shipping date) until further notice. USD 2,200 per 20-foot dry box, USD 4,000 per 40-foot dry box/high box/refrigerated box. Details are as follows:
CMA imposes peak season surcharge PSS from Asia to West Africa
In order to continue to provide customers with reliable and efficient services, CMA CGM notifies its customers to impose the following peak season surcharge PSS. Details of the collection standards are as follows:
Starting from April 16, 2024 (loading day) until further notice: from China, destination range: Angola, Congo, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Namibia, Gabon, Cameroon, Nigeria, Cote d'Ivoire, Benin, Ghana, Togo, Dry cargo containers in Equatorial Guinea cost US$200 per TEU.
Dry cargo containers from North and Central China, destination range: Liberia, Senegal, Mauritania, Gambia, Guinea, Sierra Leone, Guinea-Bissau, Cape Verde, Sao Tome and Principe, USD 150 per TEU.
Starting from April 20, 2024 (loading day) until further notice: from South China, Northeast Asia and Southeast Asia, destination range: Liberia, Senegal, Mauritania, Gambia, Guinea, Sierra Leone, Guinea-Bissau, Cape Verde, San Dry cargo containers from Tome and Príncipe cost US$500 per TEU.
Dry cargo containers from North China, destination range: Liberia, Senegal, Mauritania, Gambia, Guinea, Sierra Leone, Guinea-Bissau, Cape Verde, Sao Tome and Principe, USD 150 per TEU.
Starting from April 22, 2024 (loading day) until further notice: dry cargo containers from China, destination range: Nigeria, Cote d'Ivoire, Benin, Ghana, Togo, Equatorial Guinea, USD 450 per TEU.

Hapag-Lloyd raises FAK rates from Far East to Northern Europe and Mediterranean
Hapag-Lloyd announced that on May 1, 2024, the FAK rate for travel between the Far East and Northern Europe and the Mediterranean will increase. The price increase applies to the transportation of 20-foot and 40-foot containers (including high cabinets and refrigerated containers) of goods. The specific charging standards are as follows:
